I only started fishing the big lake this season. I started at 11:00pm 5/31 first fish landed was a big pickeral what a bummer. Proceeded down the shore line and hooked into a 21 inch walleye using a sossin plug fished extremely slow. This was the first walleye I had ever caught, after twenty minuets I finnaly got all of the hooks out of the net. after that I caught a small bass. Home by 2:00 dead tired but I'll be back for more of that walleye action and hopefully an ocassional striper. |
