I would like to know on how to get a permit to possibly work on Pine Run creek with possibly getting the Boy Scouts involved in the process. Years ago Boy scouts cleaned paths and built Jack-dams throughout the creek to provide better habitat for the Brook and brown trout in which I believe helped the creek. Now several years later the creek needs some attention, My plans are to clear paths on the creekside and to prove better habitat for the fish. If anyone is interested in helping in such a project please reply and if anyone can send me in the right direction please do the same.
