| Had our 22nd annual Company outing on Saturday 5/6/00. Launched out of Causeay Marina and rented 20 pontoons. All boats caugth fish, our boat only caugth 1 smallmouth, 1 perch and 4 walleye all day our worst year. The others had better luck with at least 1 keeper walleye with the biggest being 18", about a dozen 12 - 14 " crappie were also caugth along with some nice whit bass ( released ). Total for all was 83 walleye ( 18 keepers kept ),12 crappie ( kept ), 3 white bass 12 - 17"( released ), 3 perch ( released ), 5 smallmouth 10 - 15"( released ), 2 carp ( released ), 7 bluegill ( released ), 1 largemouth ( released ). Beautiful day but I prefer the clouds 10 - mph wing a nd a little drizzle. Mike atthe causeway Marina did a great job accomadating all 100 of us, good place for rentals and bait!! |
