   The One-Day Fishing License may be exchanged for credit, minus writing fee, towards the purchase of an annual fishing license.

   A fishing license is required for persons age 16 and older. Those anglers who are age 66 and older may obtain a $10.00 license directly from a fishing license vendor.

   A reissued license may be obtained from any license vendor for a fishing license that has been lost, stolen, or destroyed. The cost is $3.00.

Any illegal drugs on board are PROHIBITED by Federal Law. The Captain is in full support of the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Customs Service. No drugs, in any quantity are permitted on board. All drugs will be reported to the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. customs.

* Deposit must be received within two weeks of booking trip.

* A Full deposit will be refunded if the lake is too rough (Captain's discretion) or another date will be offered or with two weeks notice of cancellation prior to charter. Balance of payment is due at the dock before leaving.
