|Smallmouth action was good right off the morning start. Weather was excellent with light wind.|
|Bait used was large golden shiners purchased from Poor Richards Bait Shop.|
|Smallmouth pound for pound give quite a good fight. Jumping and diving is the norm for these bronze backs.|
|The SeaWolf V party also was enjoying the smallmouth action. Smallmouth were the only species caught Monday.|
|Tuesday action start was slower as the cold front had moved in. Wind was near 20 mile per hour out of the southwest making it hard to find a place to hide in the bay.|
At 11 am the wind pickup to 25 gusting 30 and the fish turn on with every cast a smallie was on the line. Time to quite! To rough and the clock has wound down. Several large mouth and rock bass were among the many fish caught on Tuesday.

Water temp in the bay was 61 degrees. Quite a difference from the lake were the temp is 48 to 50 degrees.
