: My Buddy and I spent the whole day on the lakeform 8 am till 8 pm, and it even seemes longer. We started out at the bridge and worked our way south, toward the shallower waters of maryland. we started out jigging bubblegum colored jigs in the shallow bays, hit 3 or 4 of the bays thouroughly, but it was to no avail, we casted and trolled all of the without a hit. I was very dissapointed with the results, I marked fish on the hummingbird, but the marked fish were few and far between. We used Nightcrawlers and leeches, and were targeting the bays, and the mouth of the bays hoping to find the fish in the warmer waters. The yough has always been a tough place for me to fish i think i Have about 5 or six keepers on the 8 or 9 time i have fished there. If anyone has advice for me please e mail me, but i am really losing faith in the yough, it is a beautifl lake but the fishing there is so tough. : Thanks JD Ramsey what were u fishing 4 did u try shiners? |
