We fished above the bridge on the west shore in about 15-25 feet of water. The water muddy and the current was swift. We drifted close to shore with leaches and just enough weight to hold the bottom. All the anglers we spoke with weren't catching fish but we managed a very good day. The four of use caught and realeased about ten channel cats all over 21" w/ one 28" (8.5lbs), one 23.5" walleye and two beauty rock bass. The swift current made for a good fight. The beatiful weather and the bald eagle flying over out heads made for a perfect day!
