PERCH:

Nine year old Brent Sutula of Erie came in to get an Angler Award for his 1 pound 3 ounce Perch. It was 13 inches long and had a girth of 10 inches. He caught it in 53 ft of water North of Presque Isle off the Point on a minnow.

I only have the one picture this week. Not too many good days. The Perch seem to be the only fish anybody is having luck with. And then you have to get the White Perch with the Yellow Perch. From what I hear for every Yellow Perch there is at least one White Perch. But they are getting them in 52-53 ft of water straight out of Walnut Creek.

As for the Walleye, they must have found a good hiding place with all the storms we have had this week. No one is having luck finding them. I hear you might find some out East but out this way on the west side of town they are being very evasive.
