This weekend proved to be a slow weekend for walleyes. still waiting for the big school to move up the shorline, we ventured out to the 30W/50N area where we picked about 10 walleyes a day with about 6 steelies each day also. The fish were coming on ZOOM SPOON #200 in the copper/orange, Pink Lady, and the Strawberry Shortcake patterns. Straight 30 jets off the boards, Dipseys @ 155 on a 3 & 100 on a 2. Put the riggers at 30 to 35ft and don't be afraid to put one @ 55 the are down there too. In the last 3 weeks , I have either seen on heard of three kings taken in this area. I also seen a 17lb Stellie brought in to Grand River Tackle on Fri.
Good Luck!!
