Waterways Safety Council to Meet in Columbus March 18 COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Waterways Safety Council will hold its quarterly meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18 at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Fountain Square headquarters located in north Columbus, 2045 Morse Road, Building A. The five-member citizen advisory council, appointed by Governor Ted Strickland, provides input on boating issues to the ODNR Division of Watercraft. The meeting is open to the public. Council members will be briefed by the Division of Watercraft on the status of ongoing projects and issues impacting recreational boating in Ohio.
