Ice chucks floating down, some ice on the slow water and probably a skim of ice over the Marina. : Elk Creek: Elk is going to be a little tough tomorrow but there will be areas to fish and there will be fish caught. The question is will you be the one catching them? I think that outside of that stretch at the mouth of the stream I would go upstream and try somewhere above Rte 90. Follies End , Struchen Flats or the Rick Road area. :
