Limits of Yellow Perch The yellow perch fishing has been fantastic. Monday morning found the lake a little on the wavy side but these little one had a great time winding in doubles of yellow perch, white bass, white perch and sheephead.
Dad has his hand full bringing in a nice 21-inch near 6-pound smallmouth. Action was fast and furious north of Walnut Creek 5 miles in 60 feet. Mom had here hands full catching her limit and helping the little one “Gabby” catch hers. 100 perch, 10 white bass and a small mouth made a great day on Lake Erie. All fish caught on large emerald shiners from BAC bait shop route 98& 5 Phone 814-474-3992.
Fishing for yellow perch seams to always have some sort of surprise. An earlier trip put a nice 8-pound walleye in the cooler. First rod to hit the bottom was good for this walleye. |
