I fished out of Conneaut on Saturday. The fish have been in the ten mile area NW off the ramp. Trolling for 3.5 hours produced three fish. One walleye, one walleye lost-both hogs and one steelie that I could not revive. It was slow and most fish were on the bottom and not biting. I hit the fish that came up off the bottom. Caught them on confusion and rainbow trout harnesses in single blades. When the fish are tough, downsize to small blades and get something for your time. The weather got bad and one day was it.
