: Being new to the Cleveland area I am interested in learning if there is any good fishing in Rocky River located in the metroparks. Also any recommendations of stream fishing in the cuyahoga river? If so what type of fish can one expect and where?

--Smallmouth abound in the Rocky but are tapering off about now. Steelhead will start running soon. 8 to 12 lb. average. Minnows work for both, spawn sacs excellent for steelies, jig and maggot combo as well as 3/8 oz. rooster tails (gray, black, and white) and small spoons work well. All else fails, try flies. Nothing then, hone your fly skills on the carp.
