AQUATIC RESOURCES FOCUS OF PHOTO CONTEST|
Picture this: your photography on the cover of Pennsylvania Angler & Boater Magazine. That development is the focus of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's first Amateur Photography Contest.
To enter, amateur photographers may submit original works taken in Pennsylvania that illustrate the beauty of the Keystone State's fishing, boating, and aquatic resources. Entries must be received on or before December 1, 2000. Winners will be announced at a special presentation to take place at the January 2001 Commission meeting.
Photographs may be featured on the cover of Pennsylvania Angler & Boater Magazine, the Keystone State's Official Fishing and Boating Magazine, on the Commission's web site, and in publications and exhibits.
Contest categories include Seasonal Fishing/Boating, Family Fishing/Boating, Reptiles & Amphibians, Invertebrates, and Fishing & Boating Resources. Applicants are limited to a maximum of two entries per category.
Complete contest rules and an entry form can be found in Pennsylvania Angler & Boater Magazine, available at select newsstands and tackle shops. Information can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission, Attn: PFBC Photo Contest, P.O. Box 67000, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7000.
