Lake Erie Fishing Report: March 27, 2003|
Fishing activity over the past week has increased significantly over the
last week in both the Sandusky and Maumee Rivers. Anglers have reported
catching both males and females. As water temperatures continue to
increase, catch rates are expected to improve. The majority of activity has
been reported in downtown Fremont on the Sandusky River and around the 475
bridge in Perrysburg on the Maumee. Little fishing activity has been
reported in the lake proper as of yet.
